Step 1 - find "server-basics"

After you have found the "server-basics" file open the "scripts" folder inside from there you want to open the "loadingscreen" folder you will want to change the "background.gif" to your gif or png (if you are using a png make sure its still named "background.gif" from there open the "music" folder and delete the "music.mp3" and replace it with your music just make sure to name it "music.mp3".
